GFiber in Austin is seeking a Door-to-Door Sales Lead to promote residential subscriptions through in-person visits to homes and multi-dwelling units. You will coach a local team, mentor reps, and drive pipeline development while maintaining a strong customer experience and product knowledge.
Responsibilities include mentoring the team, meeting monthly growth sales goals, and actively prospecting new customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for promoting client residential subscriptions through door-to-door interactions with residential homes or multiple dwelling units. This position reports to the local CAM.
This role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $106,880 annually ( $64,000 base + sales bonus) + benefits.
