Role Description The Direct Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Jacksinville, FL. This role involves engaging directly with potential customers to promote AmeriPro Auto Glass services, explain product benefits, and convert leads into sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and approaching prospects, building rapport, answering questions about services and pricing, and guiding customers through the service scheduling process. The representative will follow up on inquiries, maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity, and collaborate with team members to meet individual and team sales targets. The role also includes participating in ongoing training, staying informed about promotions and service offerings, and representing the company professionally in all customer-facing interactions. This is a commission-only direct sales position without a pay cap. The top producers write their own paycheck.
