In this role, the representative engages prospective and existing customers, presents Faraday Future’s mobility solutions, and guides them through the sales process from initial contact to close. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, responding to inquiries, managing leads, updating customer records, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to share customer feedback, support promotional events, and participate in training sessions to stay informed about product updates and market developments.
