TrinityTotal Home is seeking Direct Sales Associates in Youngstown, OH. You'll be trained from the ground up and compensated throughout the process, with a commission structure that can yield six-figure annual earnings based on performance.

The role includes $4,000 in paid training over the first eight weeks, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and life insurance after 60 days. A tiered recognition program and paid trips are also offered.

• Work your growing pipeline to obtain referrals.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
