Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Video Editor to produce high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms. You’ll work from raw footage to deliver polished videos that are well-paced and on-brand.

This remote, full-time contract role requires a strong creative eye, the ability to manage multiple videos in production, and excellent written and spoken English in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with video editing tools and industry-standard software.
• Experience creating Reels and YouTube Shorts across platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills across multiple formats.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content from raw footage to publish-ready videos.
• Produce Reels, Shorts, ads across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
• Maintain brand style, pacing, and visual consistency.
• Manage multiple videos in production simultaneously with fast turnaround.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor to produce high-retention content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and other digital platforms.

You’ll work from raw footage and source material to create polished, ready-to-publish videos that are well-paced, visually engaging, and consistent with our brand style.

This role is ideal for an editor with a strong creative eye who enjoys a structured, fast-paced workflow and can confidently manage multiple videos in production at once.

Experience creating content for UI/UX, SaaS, websites, apps, or digital interfaces is a strong plus.
