Ferrara Candy Co. seeks a Coordinator to join the Direct Procurement Service Center (PSC).

You will support direct material purchasing across the full PO lifecycle in a fast-paced consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Material Planning, Category Management, Accounts Payable, plant and warehouse teams, suppliers, and other Procurement partners to ensure purchase orders, supplier confirmations, invoices, and procurement exceptions are processed accurately and

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher in related field.
• 1–2 years in procurement or supply chain.
• SAP experience required; S/4HANA preferred.
• VIM experience required.
• CPG/manufacturing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Convert firmed requisitions into direct material POs and support PO updates.
• Obtain supplier confirmations and delivery dates; follow up on discrepancies.
• Monitor open and past-due POs; coordinate with suppliers.
• Process PO changes and maintain PO data in SAP.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding orders and statuses.
• Identify issues and escalate as needed.
• Support Goods Receipt, Invoice Receipt, and VIM activities.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues.
• Maintain procurement trackers and run basic data analyses.
