The provider will deliver clinical services within the scope of practice defined by the State Nurse Practice Act and SFHS policies, collaborate with physicians, and document care plans and billing appropriately. The role requires an Oklahoma APRN license with a relevant specialty certification, an Oklahoma RN license, and prescriptive authority recognition.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's or higher in an advanced practice nursing program.
• Valid multistate or Oklahoma RN license required.
• APRN license with current specialty certification required.
• BON prescriptive authority recognition must be valid in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services per State Nurse Practice Act and SFHS policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers for coordinated care.
• Document charts, billing and care plans according to policy.
• Perform examinations, order/interpreting tests, initiate therapy when appropriate.
• Promote patient wellness through education and counseling.
• Participate in quality initiatives and HIPAA compliance.
