Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to deliver patient-family centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams and promoting evidence-based practice and safety.

Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a minimum of 7 months of Med/Surg or Step/Down experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is offered to qualified applicants.
