Job summary

Baptist Health in Miami seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care using evidence-based practice. The role requires demonstrating assessment, technical skills, communication, and leadership in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Minimum requirements include an Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred for advancement); valid RN license; and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP or ONS-Chemotherapy/Biotherapy as applicable.

Qualifications

• RN must be licensed and able to perform patient-family centered care.
• Evidence-based practice and safety standards are required.
• Strong assessment, planning and critical thinking are essential.

Responsibilities
