Baptist Health in Boynton Beach seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse to provide bedside, patient-family centered care in a fast-paced, faith-based environment. The role requires ASN and Florida RN eligibility, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as appropriate, and a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

This is a Seasonal Nursing Pool contract (12, 16, 18, or 24 weeks) with float to all hospital areas, three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend.

Qualifikationen

• ASN degree and FL RN eligibility with active BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by unit.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care and family-centered nursing in a culturally competent manner.
• Perform assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations per evidence-based standards.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed; work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend per agreement.
• Commit to Seasonal Nursing Pool contract terms and duration options (12,16,18,24 weeks).
