Job summary

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital seeks a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool in Boynton Beach. This licensed RN will float to units as needed and provide patient-family centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role emphasizes assessment, communication, teamwork and evidence-based practice. Contracts are 12-, 16-, 18-, or 24-week periods with 36 hours per week and three 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years.
• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; have BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (depending upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care across units within the hospital.
• Promote evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
• Float to all areas within the hospital as needed or assigned.
