Job summary

The Toro Company in Bloomington, Minnesota seeks motivated undergraduates pursuing a bachelor’s degree in operations or supply chain to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program. The on-site program runs May 17, 2027 through August 6, 2027, and interns must be available to start May 17.

Interns will work on cost-saving initiatives, map supplier cost structures, identify supply risks, and assist in price optimization for high-volume parts, with mentorship and hands-on use of Excel and PowerPoint.

The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of a school/employment or any other visa, regardless of expiration date, now or in the future.

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Working towards a bachelors degree within operations or supply chain
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Confident, proactive, and ability to produce high-quality deliverables with little direct oversight
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office skills (must demonstrate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint)
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability – takes ownership and demonstrates initiative and follow‑up skills
• Adaptable and flexible – ability to handle ambiguity and changing priorities
