Tenneco Inc. is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead FP&A, budgeting, and cost management for direct materials purchasing. You will partner with purchasing, supply chain, and operations to drive financial planning, reporting, and decision support across the sourcing function.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with ERP/SAP, and a proven ability to deliver insights that improve cost control and financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with relevant financial experience.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, purchasing finance, procurement finance, or related analytical finance role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and financial modeling skills.
• Experience partnering with direct materials purchasing, procurement, or supply chain leaders.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; SAP experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, and governance for direct materials purchasing.
• Partner with purchasing, supply chain, operations, and finance leaders for budgeting and forecasting tied to direct material spend.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reviews and reporting packages.
• Develop KPIs to improve visibility to direct materials performance and cost savings.
• Support financial modeling and scenario analysis for supplier pricing and sourcing alternatives.
