Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in development or direct marketing fundraising.
• Experience with CRMs like EveryAction and Raiser's Edge.
• Experience drafting mass marketing emails and direct mail pieces.
• Strong copyediting and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize public facing direct marketing materials across digital fundraising, direct mail, SMS, online advertising, and workplace giving campaigns.
• Develop projections and monitor progress toward those projections.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends to inform strategy for direct marketing campaigns.
• Work within CRM systems (EveryAction, Raiser's Edge), pull data, build landing pages, and monitor performance.
• Oversee and contribute to development of direct marketing calendars and ensure messaging alignment with the organization.
• Supervise financial and contractual aspects of projects and ensure accurate billing from vendors.
• Assist within the development department as needed when direct marketing overlaps with other initiatives.
