Direct Market Manager - Lifeline and ACP Expert (Ohio - Akron)

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Direct Market Manager to lead our expansion in Ohio - Akron. Your role will focus on enrolling new customers into Lifeline and ACP services, managing inventory, and driving sales performance in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Marketing: Apply effective strategies to enroll new Lifeline and ACP customers and surpass sales goals.
2. Solo Operation & Team Growth: Start solo with potential to expand your team to five members, managing your territory.
3. Location Scouting: Identify and secure optimal partner locations within Akron to maximize outreach.
4. Inventory & Recruitment: Oversee inventory and recruit, attract, and onboard qualified enrollment specialists.
5. Training & Compliance: Conduct training emphasizing product knowledge, enrollment processes, and ensure FCC and USAC regulation adherence.
6. Quality & Performance Management: Implement quality controls and evaluate team performance for continuous improvement.
7. Reporting & Team Leadership: Manage audits, reports, and foster a collaborative team environment.
