Overview

ThinkTank Telecom, LLC is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Direct Market Manager to lead our expansion in Alabama. This role focuses on enrolling new customers into Lifeline and ACP services, managing inventory, and driving sales in Tuscaloosa.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Marketing Mastery: Apply effective strategies to enroll customers and surpass sales goals.
  2. Solo Operation with Growth Potential: Start independently with opportunities to expand your team to five members, managing the territory.
  3. Strategic Location Scouting: Identify and secure optimal partner locations within Alabama to maximize outreach.
  4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory to support enrollment specialists.
  5. Recruitment & Training: Attract, onboard, and train qualified enrollment specialists, emphasizing product knowledge and compliance.
  6. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to FCC and USAC regulations and maintain high standards in enrollment processes.
  7. Performance & Audit: Evaluate team performance, conduct audits, and manage reporting for transparency.
  8. Team Leadership & Operations: Foster a collaborative environment and manage logistical aspects of enrollment.
Ideal Candidate

A self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial aspirations, strong sales and marketing experience in Alabama, leadership skills, and familiarity with telecommunications regulations. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
