You will manage multiple campaigns per production month, handling creative proofs, data checks, and timely drop dates while maintaining high service levels for guests and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning and execution.
• Proficiency with Excel and Access.
• Organized with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of creative agencies and direct mail houses.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Ability to maintain mental concentration for long periods.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Build, test and run direct mail and email campaigns for customer correspondence.
• Upload all groups and offers to required programs accurately and timely for redemption and analysis.
• Collaborate with POD and Email Marketing and external mail vendors to set drop dates.
• Manage workflow and production for all direct mail and email projects.
• Proof the creative layout, vendor data proofs and live proofs for data accuracy.
• Proofread all letter and coupon copy to mitigate errors.
• Verify links in emails point to correct landing pages before deployment.
