Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of related consumer lending, loan processing, funding, financial services, or regulated operations experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with complex consumer loan documentation, final audit, funding execution, exception resolution, and operational controls required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full range of Processor I–III processing functions for consumer lending, including application review, document preparation, fulfillment coordination, and complex troubleshooting.
• Perform final audit and quality review of loan files before funding and booking to ensure accuracy of terms, disclosures, and documentation.
• Execute funding and disbursement activities accurately and timely across assigned lending products; verify payees, proceeds, and booking details.
• Research and resolve complex funding exceptions, documentation deficiencies, system issues, and post-funding discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Mentor processors, participate in process improvements, and support new lending products or services.
