TIG Welder - 1st and 2nd Shift

Position: TIG Welder

Location: Neenah, WI

Start Date: Immediate

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Work Hours: 1st and 2nd shifts

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, at least 2 years of TIG welding experience

As a TIG welder, your responsibilities will include interpreting specifications, executing quality welds, and inspecting finished products.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and inspect parts for welding.
2. Weld materials according to customer specifications.
3. Perform quality checks on finished products.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of TIG welding experience with stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
2. Strong knowledge of blueprints.
3. Knowledge of robotic welding is a plus.
