• Supervise NPs and PAs under collaborative agreements.
• Diagnose acute and chronic conditions and manage treatments.
• Coordinate referrals and case management with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in shared call coverage, peer reviews, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure comprehensive well-care, preventive services, and documentation in EHR.
