Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Companion in the Kittanning area

Position Summary

The Direct Companion provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each person is treated with respect and dignity. The role improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function independently as much as possible in their home and community.

This full‐time position works evenings 3 pm to 11 pm and overnights 11 pm to 7 am.

Position Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
