Job summary

Lifesteps is hiring a Direct Care Aide to support adults with disabilities in Allison Park PA and Dorseyville PA within a residential home setting.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Full-time hours are available with Daylight, Evening, or Overnight shifts. 18+ year olds with the ability to lift up to 200 lbs. and clearances will be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances required.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
• Assist with medication administration and goal attainment.
• Support in residential home setting.

Lifesteps, a local human service agency that has been in business for over 100 years, is immediately hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in theAllison Park PA and Dorseyville PA .

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers) assist adult individuals with their daily living skills and home care, such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, personal care assistance, medication administration, and goal attainment.

Lifesteps offers steady, full-time hours! Available Shifts are: Daylight 7 am to 3 pm OR Evenings 3 pm to 11 pm OR Overnight Shifts 11 pm to 7 am.

Part-time hours are also available with flexible scheduling to fit your needs.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided!

Experienced home health aides and direct support professionals welcome!
