Job summary

Delta-T Group Phoenix, Inc. is seeking Direct Care Workers and Behavioral Health Technicians to deliver essential support in the Mesa, Gilbert, and Queen Creek areas. Opportunities offer compensation up to $20+ per hour and a $100 signing incentive after the first 100 hours.

Provide high-quality client safety and care, assist with daily living activities, and support medical management in a flexible, temp-to-perm arrangement. Training and onboarding vary by client assignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Behavioral Health / Direct Care Support.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• Candidates should be willing to work in the Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek areas.
