Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with developmental and behavioral health needs in Hummelstown, PA and surrounding areas. This full-time DSP role offers consistent schedules with double-weekend shifts and paid training for newcomers.

Earn up to $17/hr, with enhanced pay taking you to $19/hr, and a benefits package including health coverage and DailyPay; prior care experience is helpful but not required.

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Position: Direct Support Professional

Location: Hummelstown, PA, Lebanon, PA, Harrisburg, PA

Pay Rate: Up to$17 /hr (Up to $19/hr with Enhanced Pay option)

Shifts available: Double weekends (Saturdays and Sundays 7 am - 11 pm or 2:30 pm - 7 am)
