BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Home Health Aide Training Program to prepare you for a career as a Home Health Aide. After completing the training, you may join BAYADA as a Home Health Aide and start serving adults in our Assistive Care programs.

We provide opportunities in multiple local areas with a focus on compassionate care, community presence, and career growth within our home care teams.

Qualifications

• Successfully complete BAYADA's HHA 101 Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for clients.
• Provide light housekeeping and grooming.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, nail care and grooming.
• Support range of motion exercises and transfers using lifting devices as trained.
• Monitor vital signs and report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with meal preparation and medication management as needed.

BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a Home Health Aide Training Program. Once your Training is completed you may have the opportunity to come on with us as a Home Health Aide and start your career with BAYADA Home Care.

Our Training program incorporating basic regulatory, compliance, and personal care skills for a Home Health Aide graduate to provide care for adults in our Assistive Care State Programs practice.

Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for Home Health Aides, HHA's to care for our clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

We are training HHA's to work with our clients from the following locations :

• York, Chester, Union, Lancaster and Fairfield Counties

Job Responsibilities:

• Activities of daily living

• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
