Job summary

Merry Care is hiring Direct Care Workers to provide in-home support for clients who need help with daily tasks, including personal care, companionship, and light housework. Before scheduling, CPR cert (within 2 years), physical exam (within 1 year), and 2-step TB test (within 1 year) are required.

Benefits include weekly pay, competitive hourly rates, workers’ compensation insurance, and referral bonuses of $50 for each Direct Care Worker you refer and $100 for a new client.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing and hygiene.
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to appointments.
• Perform light housework such as dishes, laundry, and vacuuming.
