Job summary

Merry Care is seeking Direct Care Workers to help clients with daily tasks and personal care. You will provide companionship, assist with errands and basic household chores to maintain independence at home.

Applicants must complete CPR certification, a physical exam, and a 2-step TB test; background checks will be conducted. Competitive hourly pay and weekly pay are offered, along with worker compensation insurance.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required and must be current.
• Physical examination completed within the last year.
• 2-step TB test completed within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Perform light housework such as dishes, laundry and vacuuming.
