Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people with disabilities in their homes across Arizona. This 1099 contract role offers autonomy to design a schedule around your availability and the needs of the people you serve.

As a contractor, you set visits, with compensation based on location and mutual agreement. You’ll provide compassionate, in-home support and help people live independently.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must meet Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.

• Daily Living Support: Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping.
