Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people with disabilities in home settings across Arizona. As a 1099 contractor, you design your own schedule, coordinate visits based on availability, and receive compensation based on location.

This role offers autonomy and a flexible path to meaningful hours, with opportunities to make a direct impact in your community while meeting state compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet all Arizona state provider requirements, including a comprehensive background check and Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance.
• Ability to complete all state-mandated training courses.
