Qualifications:

• A driver’s license, reliablepersonaltransportation, and current auto insurance are required.

• High School level or equivalent / with home care certification.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional caregiver experience is required.

• Physical and PPD Required.

• Background Check and Drug Testing shall be performed.

• CNA, HHA, and/or DC Certification is a plus.

• COVID Vaccination Card.

• Experience with Hoyer Lift is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing and grooming.

• Assist in meal preparation.

• Help the client maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the house.

• Act as the main communicator between the client, their loved ones, and the agency.

• Provides companionship to the client.

• Perform all other tasks as needed by the client.

Shift/Schedule:

• 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM | Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Location:

• Mt. Airy
