Job summary

Maximum Care, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care Worker to join our team in the Lehigh Valley area. The position offers flexible schedules and options for part-time or full-time work.

Compensation includes up to $19 per hour, with cash and referral bonuses and recognition for exceptional care. We emphasize compassionate, respectful, and safe care for elderly, disabled, and individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for (sometimes) a long period of time.
• Ability to complete a Criminal Background report.

Responsibilities

• Provide light housekeeping, run errands, or provide transportation if needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist/reminders with medications.
• Prepare meals, purchase food, and provide personal assistance with general living needs.
• Provide companionship and conversation by stimulating, encouraging, and assisting an individual.
