Faithful Home Care Solutions in Glenside, Pennsylvania is seeking a mature Direct Care Worker to provide personalized assistance to a client in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient and willing to help with daily routines and community activities.

Responsibilities include meal preparation, medication reminders, personal hygiene support, transportation to appointments, and companionship. You must have reliable transportation, pass a background check and a current TB test.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Current TB test.
• Comfortable supporting a client with multiple sclerosis (MS).

Mansioni

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Assist the client with showering and personal hygiene.
• Prepare dinner on designated days.
• Provide transportation to the YMCA and other scheduled activities as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a comfortable and supportive environment.
• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks
