Job summary

Faithful Home Care Solutions LLC, a Glenside, PA-based licensed non-medical home care agency, seeks a mature Direct Care Worker to support a client in Lansdale, PA. The role focuses on daily living assistance, companionship, and adherence to individual care plans.

You will provide meal support, help with personal hygiene, transportation to activities, and safe, respectful care. Reliable transportation and background check are required; MS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional HHA/DCW/PCA experience.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must pass background check and TB test.
• Comfortable assisting with MS-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Assist with showering and personal hygiene.
• Prepare dinner on designated days.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.

We are seeking a mature, compassionate, and dependable Direct Care Worker (DCW) to provide personalized assistance to a client in Lansdale, PA. The ideal candidate has reliable transportation, is patient and understanding, and is comfortable assisting with daily routines and community activities.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Assist the client with showering and personal hygiene.

• Provide transportation to the YMCA and other scheduled activities as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Help maintain a comfortable and supportive environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA
• Mature, patient, and compassionate.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Comfortable supporting a client with multiple sclerosis (MS).
• Able to provide respectful, person-centered care.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Current TB test

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
