Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Almost Family, part of the Optum family, is hiring a Home Health Aide in Wisconsin to provide personal care and daily living support. You will assist with bathing, grooming, ambulation, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments while documenting conditions using EVV.

State requirements include WI Home Health Aide Registry; CPR is preferred and 6+ months home care experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• WI: Listed on Wisconsin Home Health Aide Registry.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
