• Promptly observe and report any shifts in clients’ health, behaviors, or living conditions to supervisory personnel.
• Aid clients with mobility, including assistance with moving, walking, and stair navigation.
• Maintain a safe living environment for clients, reporting any safety concerns to the care coordination team.
• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere strictly to privacy regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Prior caregiving experience is preferred, but newcomers with a strong desire to learn are welcome.
• Successful clearance of a comprehensive background investigation.
