Eminence Home Care is seeking a talented Caregiver to join our team!

As a Caregiver/PCA, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and helping them lead independent and fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes. You will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by providing assistance with daily activities, medication management, and personal care needs.

You will:

1. Provide non-medical care and support to clients in accordance with their care plan
2. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
3. Help with mobility, including transferring clients in and out of bed or chairs
4. Administer medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
5. Prepare and serve meals, and clean up afterwards
6. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and dusting
7. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

You will have:

1. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
4. At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver or related field
5. CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
