Job summary

SKY HOME SERVICES INC. is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living activities and community integration. You will support independence in a group home setting and collaborate with care teams to implement personalized plans.

Responsibilities include personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, monitoring vital signs, and promoting safety. Prior experience in group homes or home health is preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in treatment center, group home, or home health care preferred but not mandatory.
• Pay will vary based on experience.
• Familiarity with direct support practices for individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Experience in meal preparation and household management is beneficial.
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring is an asset.
• A background in working with people with disabilities or memory care will enhance effectiveness.
