Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking a Direct Care Worker to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care. You will assist clients with ADLs, light housekeeping, meal prep, transfers, and ambulation, while offering companionship and support for daily activities.

You will collaborate with a dedicated team to tailor care plans, ensure safety, and maintain communication with clients and families. Flexible scheduling and supportive staff accompany competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiver experience (family care counts).
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• TB test/certification.

Responsibilities

Requirements
