Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our national network, delivering in-house, non-medical care on clients’ terms. You will provide companionship, support with light housekeeping and meals, and reliable shift coverage across diverse clients in their homes.

We offer flexible schedules, paid orientation and ongoing training, and time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, with employee recognition programs to reward dedication and reliability.
