Job summary

iHomecare Solutions in Pittsburgh is seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers to provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship. We offer full-time and part-time roles across shifts in all areas, with emphasis on safety and individualized care.

Responsibilities include following care plans, documenting care, and communicating with families and healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated support for consumers with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to engage individuals in community activities and assist with participation outcomes.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Must complete 24 hours of annual training.
• Must take a 2-step TB test or chest X-ray.
• Completion of the PA state competency test.

Position Overview: iHomecare Solutions acknowledges the importance of our Direct Care Workers. We are looking to hire compassionate and reliable Direct Care Workers who are responsible for providing personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship to our consumers. We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions in all areas and for all shifts.
