Job summary

All American Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced DCW to join our team serving the Westmoreland County area surrounding Pittsburgh, PA. You will provide in-home care including personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and companionship according to the plan of care.

You will work in a supportive environment with emphasis on respect, privacy, and patient dignity. Requirements include 1 year of caregiving, plus HHA training or related certification; background check, ID, and TB screening

Qualifications

• 1 year of caregiving experience required.
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care Worker certification (Preferred).
• Clear background check required.
• Valid ID/DL and Social Security number required.
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray as part of health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assists consumers with activities of daily living per plan of care (hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Maintains client confidentiality and respects autonomy and dignity.
• Keeps home clean and safe (light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, etc.).

All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced DCW to join our team for positions in the Westmoreland County area surrounding Pittsburgh, PA.

Position Overview

Provides consumer care services which entail personal care, light housekeeping or companion services to the consumer's home environment including assistance with the activities of daily living, maintaining a clean and safe environment, meal preparation and laundry, sitter and other related duties and assignments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs or assists consumer with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care, including but not limited to: hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Treats each person as an individual with respect and dignity.
• Respects the rights of all consumers including their right to confidentiality and autonomy.
• Maintains the home in the optimum state of cleanliness and safety including but not limited to: light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dusting, washing floors, making beds, doing dishes, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year of caregiving experience required
