All American Home Care LLC in Moon Township, PA is seeking an experienced Direct Care Worker (DCW) for a part-time position. The role provides personal care, light housekeeping, companionship, and support with activities of daily living.

Shifts on Saturdays 10 AM–3 PM and Sundays 10 AM–1 PM. Requires at least 1 year of caregiving experience; certifications preferred. We offer benefits including health and dental insurance, PTO, and more.

Formación

• 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
• Home Health Aide training and related certifications are preferred.
• Clear background check is required.
• Valid ID or driver's license.
• Social Security verification is needed.
• PPDs, TB test, or Chest X-ray may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing).
• Light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean home environment.
• Provide companionship and ensure the consumer's rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized living space and assist with meal preparation.

All American Home Care is actively seeking an experienced DCW to join our team for a part-time position in the Moon Township area of Pittsburgh, PA.

Schedule

• Sat 10A-3P
• Sun 10A-1P

Position Overview

Provides consumer care services which entail personal care, light housekeeping or companion services to the consumer's home environment including assistance with the activities of daily living, maintaining a clean and safe environment, meal preparation and laundry, sitter and other related duties and assignments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs or assists consumer with activities of daily living as prescribed in the plan of care, including but not limited to: hygiene assistance, bathing, grooming, dressing.
• Treats each person as an individual with respect and dignity.
• Respects the rights of all consumers including their right to confidentiality and autonomy.
• Maintains the home in the optimum state of cleanliness and safety including but not limited to: light housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dusting, washing floors, making beds, doing dishes, etc.)

Requirements

• 1 year of caregiving experience required
• Home Health Aide training, Adult Residential License, Direct Care worker certification (Preferred)
• Clear background check
• Valid ID/DL
• Social Security
• PPDs, TB, or Chest X-ray
