Responsibilities

• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment
• Remind clients of medication schedules and assist with self-administration of medications as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and provide support with daily living activities
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and report any changes or concerns to the management team
