Lifesteps, a local human service agency that has been in business for over 100 years, is hiring compassionate and caring staff to work with adults who have disabilities in a residential home setting in Beaver Falls, PA.

Direct Care Aides (Caregivers)

Direct care aides assist special needs individuals with activities of daily living and home care. Responsibilities include helping clients with dressing, meal preparation, bathing, and transportation to doctor appointments.

Duties

• Cooking and serving meals
• Cleaning the house
• Shopping for groceries and supplies
• Personal care assistance such as grooming or bathing
• Medication administration
• Community outings and fun activities

Available shifts are Mornings 7 am to 3 pm or Overnight 11 pm to 7 am. Part‑time hours with flexible scheduling are also available.

No experience necessary! Paid training provided.

Experienced home health aides, nurse’s aides, support assistants, and direct support professionals are welcome.

Position Requirements
