Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate personal care for individuals in our senior community and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

Caregivers will support activities of daily living, meals, housekeeping, transportation, and companionship, following an established care plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written.
• Capable of working independently.
• Ability to work in a home-like setting.
• Must be able to work responsibly with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of direct care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Prepare meals and special diets.
• Perform general housekeeping activities.
• Provide transportation assistance to and from activities.
• Provide compassionate companionship to patients.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting

Salary Range

USD $16.00 - $19.00 / Hour
