PCGH, Inc. is looking for flexible, reliable, and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our as-needed/on-call team. This role is ideal for someone with a big heart, a steady presence, and a flexible schedule. You'll be filling in for open shifts across our residential homes and day programs, providing essential support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) and/or traumatic brain injuries (TBI).

What You’ll Do:

• Support people in daily living tasks like meals, hygiene, medication administration, and transportation
• Engage individuals in recreational and community activities
• Promote independence and quality of life
• Work collaboratively with a team to ensure continuity of care
• Document services and report health or safety concerns promptly

What We're Looking For:

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, and occasional weekends
• A calm, steady approach and willingness to jump in where needed
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Comfort supporting individuals with a range of physical and behavioral support needs
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid NC driver’s license with acceptable record
• Must pass background checks, drug screen, and pre-employment training
