REM Community Services, a part of Sevita, is seeking a part-time caregiver in Minnesota to support individuals with developmental disabilities. You will assist with personal care, help participants engage in daily activities, and work toward personal goals in a respectful, empowering environment.

The role offers $21.00 per hour and a pathway to growth within a mission-driven company. You’ll join a supportive team that values compassion, reliability, and ongoing training to enhance care quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with developmental challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants achieve personal goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop relationships with participants and support independence.
• Encourage participation in community activities.
