Community Bridges Inc. invites applications for the Direct Care Specialist - Pool role. The position supports admission, orientation, and ongoing monitoring of participants in a behavioral health program across multiple shifts.

This on-site role contributes to a sensitive, client-centered care environment. Ideal candidates hold BHT or EMT certification, meet the MVR and background requirements, and are committed to compassionate community-based treatment services.

Competenze

• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and be able to present report at interview.
• Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

Direct Care Specialist - Pool (4 Shifts a Month)

Community Bridges, Inc. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Job Summary

Direct Care Specialist isresponsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants ofthe program. Direct Care Specialist is also responsible for the ongoingmonitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well asdischarges.

Skills/Requirements:

• Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
• Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
• Must havea level one fingerprint clearance card.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.
