Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and assistance to patients daily.
• Complete routine vehicle checks when driving.
• Monitor and submit data collection sheets to supervisor.
• Assist with assessment of clients' strengths and needs.
• Assist with meal preparation and training as needed.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
• Maintain a neat and orderly facility.
• Address and resolve patient concerns with safety as priority.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
