Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in Middletown, OH. 1st and 2nd shift positions are available with Walk-Ins and Open Interviews every Wednesday from 11am-3pm at the Middletown Office.

Interviewing candidates with no experience as training is provided. Benefits for full-time employees include medical, vision, dental, disability and life insurance, a 401k, PTO and holiday pay. Apply in person at 5970 No Mans Rd, Middletown.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Personal reliable vehicle to transport individuals served.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest’s Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Able to push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and able to climb, balance, kneel and crouch.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities — fostering independence, choice and empowerment while ensuring health and safety.
• Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of life.
• Completing household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Providing personal care assistance.
